Terms of Service

• Account Creation: To access our Indexer APIs, RPC Nodes, and Dashboard, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• API Keys: Upon registration, you may generate API Keys. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API Keys. Any activity occurring under your API Key will be deemed your activity.
• Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or API Keys. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.

• Services: BlockVision provides Web3 data infrastructure, including but not limited to RPC Node Services, Indexing APIs, and Explorer as a Service (EaaS).
• Tiered Pricing: We offer both free and paid subscription plans ("Plans"). The features, usage limits (for example, Compute Units and Rate Limits), and pricing for each Plan are detailed on our Pricing Page.
• Billing: For paid Plans, you agree to provide valid payment information. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Modification of Services: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time with or without notice.

BlockVision retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Site, APIs, proprietary data models, and logos. These are protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws. Your use of the service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the data provided via our APIs for your applications.

• "As Is" Basis: Our services are provided "AS IS". While we strive for 99.9% uptime for enterprise clients, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Blockchain Data: We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of data retrieved from underlying blockchains (for example, Monad and Sui).

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, BlockVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or digital assets, resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.

• By You: You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time via the Dashboard.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access for breaches of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or if your usage poses a security risk to our infrastructure.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Courts of Singapore.
